Pizza party!

One pre-made vegan dough and pizza sauce
Corn meal on the pizza stone
A bit of olive oil on the dough
Lots of herbs: basil & oregano <3
Minced garlic
2 kinds of vegan cheeze: FYH Cheddar & Mozzarella mixed
Ready for the oven:
Just out of the oven. (Looks the same as before baking, huh?)
Definitely very easy, and we both loved it. I never really liked vegan cheeze before, but the FYH ones are good and they melt, even though it takes a long time to do so! (Must be patient!)We're having fun decorating for Halloween, even though the place is not really set up yet at all. (Decorations are important!!) It's great having so much space and so much privacy for once in our lives. *ahhh* I also enjoy having a big vegan kitchen. The fleet of vegan cookbooks are out, and I'm so ready to unpack all my pans and kitchen gadgets and get to work! I am really, really looking forward to making Susan's Impossible Pumpkin Pie again this Fall. I used to look forward to Fall because of the weather; I'm more excited for that pumpkin pie now.
Hope you are all doing well. :)

im happy you love your new home!
welcome home!
pizza looks yummy. i've been eating pizza toast like made lately. ;)
i love the FYH mozerella and mont. jack cheezes but i think that the cheddar tastes just plain weird.
yay, welcome back to the blogging world, and welcome to your new home! looks like you're definitely adjusting well to your kitchen :0) the pizza looks fabulous (I LOVE FYH "cheese") - can't wait to see pictures of the pumpkin pie, when you make it.
I too love autumn - it's my favorite season!
hahaa..i just made english muffin pizzas with that cheese this morning.. :)
So glad to see you back!
It must feel good to be in the new home (even if you're not completely unpacked). And yes, the decorations are always a must.
The pizza sure does look yummy!
Hooray for more kitchen space! Looks like you're already putting it to good use. Your pizza looks delicious. Would you believe, I still haven't tried store-bought vegan cheeses? I really need to get over my fear (which stems from disgusting vegan cheese I ate in the 80's) and go with the FYH.
Candi!!!! So glad to hear from you. Congratulations on the new place and big vegan kitchen. I know you're having a great time breaking it in, and doing it right with pizza. I'm looking forward to seeing lots more of your yummy food!
aaaaaaaaaaaah, vegan pizza in a new kitchen. Nothing like it.
I think you are about due to write me a LONG email with the latest news ! If you do, I'll tell you a secret that I haven't told anyone else :p
You see, I'm not really twisting your arm... ;-)
YUM! I'm telling you - one of my favorite pizzas was a vegan pizza I used to get in Boston. It was an "all you can eat" buffet and they used to give me dirty looks on pizza day because I just couldn't stop! SO GOOD! And did you say p-p-p-p-pumpkin?!?! :D Oh boy! Pizzas and pumpkins...these are a few of my favorite things! hee hee..Ok..I'm sure you are ready to block me from your blog now.
Your pizza looks great! Glad to hear that you are settling in!
Candi, I've missed you!! I'm so glad you and Britty have a new, bigger, more comfortable space. Let the cooking and baking begin!
Are you going to be at Boston Veg Fest this weekend? We'll be there, and it would be so cool if we could meet each other. =)
I missed you soo much!!!!! I read about your trip in England - awesome!!! the pizza looks great!

valentina
Thanks everyone!
I'm sad to say that I'm *not* going to the Boston VegFest! *cries* I will be working that day and the next. :( SO SO sad. I wish I could meet you that day, Bazu! I have been looking forward to this VegFest since last year. :( Oh well, I will just be happy that work is going well, but I will love through your blogs to find out about the event! I can't wait to see your photos and hear reviews!! :)
Pizza is almost as comforting as being home and having Internet access. I'll take a slice, please.
